loopx instruction error

Attempting to use the "loopq" or "loopl" instruction in gnu assembly
fails, dec %rcx and jnz works.

Running on MacOS 11.7.10, intel arch.


Interestingly on a larger program, it didn't give the error message,
but still errored and showed ???? for the addreses.
