I'm not a programmer and I have a big delimited file. 

 

I need to sort the rows based on the data in two of the fields so I can
delete some.  The reason for the delete is to stop the upload program
from crashing.

 

CoreUtils has a sort which appears to be able to do this type of sort.

 

I can download it but there aren't any ".exe" files to run.
