Hi, I'm trying to make a svcd with the command "vcdimager -t svcd -v blah2.mpg". The mpegs are in svcd resolution, as blah1.mpg, part of the same set, became a bin/cue perfectly. I am able to view both just fine in mplayer/xine/etc. I'll paste the full ouput below, but my system specs: athlon xp 1600+, 256MB ram, slackware 9.0 with stock gcc 3.2.2 and glibc 2.3.1. I've tried the latest 0.6.x release of vcdimager, as well as 0.7.14 and cvs as of 10/08/2003. the error follows, thanks for any help: **begin log** ++ WARN: initializing libvcd 0.7.14 [linux-gnu/i686] ++ WARN: ++ WARN: this is the UNSTABLE development branch! ++ WARN: use only if you know what you are doing ++ WARN: see http://www.hvrlab.org/~hvr/vcdimager/ for more information ++ WARN: --DEBUG: changed volume label to `VIDEOCD' --DEBUG: changed application id to `' --DEBUG: changed album id to `' --DEBUG: changed volume count to 1 --DEBUG: changed volume number to 1 --DEBUG: changing 'update scan offsets' to 0 INFO: scanning mpeg sequence item #0 for scanpoints... ++ WARN: mpeg stream will be padded on the fly -- hope that's ok for you! --DEBUG: strange (possibly non-compliant) user_data seen... ++ WARN: mpeg scan: pack header code (0x000001ba) expected, but 0x3c680f2c found (buflen = 2324) ++ WARN: bad packet at packet #2 (stream byte offset 2356) -- remaining 747799486 bytes of stream will be ignored --DEBUG: pts start offset 0.726722 (max pts = 0.726722) --DEBUG: playing time 0.000000 ++ WARN: autopadding requires to insert additional 2292 zero bytes into MPEG stream (due to 1 unaligned packets of 2 total) ++ WARN: mpeg stream shorter than 75 sectors --DEBUG: pbc: psd size 0 (extended psd 0) --DEBUG: iso9660: highest alloced sector is 225 (using 300 as isosize) ++ WARN: file `videocd.cue' exist already, will get overwritten! --DEBUG: OGT streams available: 0 0 0 0 !ASSERT: file vcd_files.c: line 731 (set_search_dat): assertion failed: (n = _get_scanpoint_count (obj)) Aborted **end log** -- Amrit ICQ: 3173735 AIM: ThatComputerGuy http://transamrit.net/
