[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] problem

yeah i have a couple of questions

1. why everytime i try to make bin  it say's 
assertion failed:create process(null,argv.c_str(),null,null,true,0,0,0,&si,&
pi,),file d:\my documents\vcdimagergui\vcdgear.cpp, line 336

2. i have this problem and i dont know why ,when i already ripped the movie 
and i encoded it too and im doing everything correct and im following steps?  
 

3. please help me and i'll show my graditude
