just one issue;
in "readme_lkvcdimager.txt" you write:

Public License".

you can't simply LGPL the library, when it links (because it requires)
the GPL'ed libvcd...

btw, the 'Library GPL' was renamed to 'Lesser GPL' because ppl thought,
that LGPL was meant for the libraries; but in fact this was misleading;
the LGPL is just meant if you want to allow closed source programs to
link against your LGPL'ed code, without your explicit permission...
and I think this is not what you intended...
