[VCDImager] Re: libcdio and libvcdinfo - paragraph 22?

I eventually found the answer - inside the libcdio itself!

But because people sometimes asking similar question (including me)
- I am posting the answer I found
Here is a part of README.libcdio, from the libcdio package
