vcdimager or (and) k3b will not split long mpeg. VCDIMAGER only create (s)vcd 
from given mpeg which must be in the right format and lengh.

K3b is used as frontend to vcdimager and for now no resize option is 
available. mye anyone write a plugin to k3b :-)
