Fedora 38 problem

I am trying to set up a new machine to test Duck Chess, using HGM's latest
versions of  xboard and uci2wb. My typical starting point is to install
both xboard and uci2wb from a repository.

It appears fedora does things differently than the other linux distros. I
was able to install both xboard and stockfish, but I can't run stockfish.
The problem is that I can't locate a repository for uci2wb. I tried to
install polyglot, but column't locate that either.

I have spent many hours Googling for answers, but 'm not sure how to
proceed.
