here stipulated that if such money remained unclaimed after three years
the money would be transferred into the Banking treasury as unclaimed fund.

The request of a foreigner as Next of Kin in this business is occasioned
by the fact that the customer was foreigner and a Benin cannot stand as
a Next of Kin to a foreigner.We agreed that 25% percent (Negotiable)of this
money will be for you as foreign partner.Thereafter my two other colleagues
and I will visit your country for the disbursement according to the percentages
indicated.
