Log message:
  - Added a Logfile parameter to the new CreateDaemon() function.
    CreateDaemon() will work as it currently does, with mothership
    input and output redirected to /dev/null.
    But CreateDaemon("/tmp/daemon.log") (for example) will direct standard
    output and standard error to the named file (/tmp/daemon.log in this
    case), making it easier to debug the mothership in the daemon case.
    Input is still redirected from /dev/null.
