New Darwin Patch

Attached is a new Darwin patch.  This is basically just an update of 
the patch I submitted last December for Chromium 1.5.  This one is 
based on CVS as of today.  Please see documentation for compilation 
instructions.  Again this only works for GLX apps -- it's still a ways 
to go before CGL support.

Christopher, I realize this may set you back a bit, but I still feel we 
should head in the CGL direction as opposed to AGL.  Please read my 
previous posts. Let me know if you have any questions.

Would someone mind importing this patch to CVS?
