OpenGL-ES also defines an API for pixelformat/drawable/context management (like GLX or WGL) called "EGS": http://www.khronos.org/cgi-bin/fetch/fetch.cgi?egl_1_1 Perhaps Jamie wants to run an app that uses the EGS interface on Chromium.
