Even if it's not working, how does one actually wire the cards together?

They have 2 RJ45 connectors for framelock labeled 0 and 1, but I can't
find any docs on how it should be connected? Start at master/0 and
connect that to the first slave/1? And the that slave/0 to the next
slave/1?
