The performance of Chromium on WinXP?

Hi, 

I have run some opengl-demos on WindowsXP and the graphics card is Nvidia
GeForce 5800. However, the performance of OpenGL application degenerates
greatly on WindowsXP than on Linux. For example, the atlantis demo only can
be rendered at 82 Frames/Second on Windows. It seems that the opengl
application works without hardware acceleration. Does anyone know how to
solve this problem?
