This version has been updated to work with Cr 1.8 and newer. It also
contains a fix for a small dataset offset bug (thanks Brian!).

You can find the code, datafiles, and example configs at
http://graphics.stanford.edu/raptor. There are pending updates from
Stanford Radiology and others, but this version should at least get
things working again with Cr 1.8

Brian Paul has also been nice enough to provide a conf file that will
auto partition things for a cluster. It hasn't been fully tested on
complex configuration, but it seems to work for small setups at least.
It takes the pain of partitioning and figuring out the binaryswap ordering.
