The idea was I wanted to improve the efficiency of the 
crSPUChangeInterface() function by providing a way to directly address 
positions in the dispatch table without having to do a search.

I just never had time to finish that project.  The offsets are 
auto-generated so they should be accurate/correct but there's no code 
in place that actually uses them at this time.
