Typically, your /etc/host file would have something like:

128.111.57.62   ASIMO.MYDOMAIN.COM  ASIMO

I.e. both the fully-qualified domain name, and the hostname w/out domain.

If you have any doubt, 'ping asimo' and make sure the IP address is 
what you expect.

You can ignore that, it's only a warning, not an error.

During setup, the appfaker process contacts the crserver, not the 
other way around.
