CS and CEL 2.0

Hi all,

Sorry this has taken a while, but my health has not allowed me to do
much of late. But we will take things steady and do what we need to do
and that is CS and CEL as a first. :-)

Christian and myself are now going to ramp up and push out both CS and
CEL 2.0. We wish people to test build across all platforms and give us
feedback on here and in the bug tracker, so we can all clean out and fix
final issues. Please pull the 2.0 trees and give it a bit of time. Your
help is always appreciated.
