Freeze of CS and CEL 2.0 svn branches

Hi all,

A freeze is now in affect on both the CS and CEL 2.0 svn branches.

Please do not perform any merges or perform any jobber runs on these branches 
at this time.

The branch builds and release packages will now be created/tested over the 
coming hours and days and the final release will follow.

You are encouraged to build the branches and report any build issues on your 
platform to this list and they will be addressed hopefully prior to final 
release. Details on how to get the branches can be found using the link below.
