VFS redesign and platform specific code

I am looking for someplace to put Win32-specific implementation of chmod()-ish function used by iFileSystem::GetFilePermission (). I'm currently considering adding wrappers in CS::Platform namespace at platformfile.h and platformfile.cpp. Would this be a good choice?Also, I might need to convert Win32 errors into VFS error codes, or possibly some intermediate form that can be returned from another wrapper function. Any suggestions on where to put and how to do it?
