Oops, just sent this message with the wrong subject :( Anyway, to make sure it goes to the correct discussion, resending with correct subject Still one minor issue with the code in xextf86vm.cpp: Cleaning up... X Error of failed request: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) Major opcode of failed request: 4 (X_DestroyWindow) Resource id in failed request: 0x2400003 Serial number of failed request: 9933 Current serial number in output stream: 9935 The problem is line 118 "ctx_win = wm_win = 0;" because LeaveFullScreen changes the parent back to the original wm_win, but by then the window is already invalid. What I do on my end while playing around with the code is comment that line out and let those 2 windows get cleaned up in the xwin plugin (lines 459 to 470 of xwindow.cpp). (I also set override_redirect to false and comment out the keyboard and pointer grabbing so I can alt-tab out, but that's a different issue) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
