the default for all of them is not being set and none of them are  
mutually exclusive.

a bit more detailed explanation of what they do:

noshadows is for lights and causes them not to cast any shadows (if  
it's not set, they will cast shadows)

the other flags are for meshes:

noshadowreceive will prevent a mesh from receiving any shadows (not  
set - will receive shadows)

for the last 2 it depends on the shadow casting mode:

for default shadowcasting limitedshadowcast is ignored and all meshes  
except those with noshadowcast set cast shadows

for limited shadow casting noshadowcast is ignored and only the meshes  
with limitedshadowcast set cast shadows
