Hmm, csutil is mainly intended for (relatively) low-level utility
classes. iModifiable, on the other hand, appears relatively high-level
to me – about the same “levelness” as a mesh object. Thus I think it's
more appropriate to move the default/base implementation to cstool
(where e.g. the iMeshObject base implementation lives as well).

Variant in csutil is fine.
