I'm not used to the MSVC generation process and most of the changes I
made in this commit were made blindly. So yes, this was made excessively
and the configuration provided by jamtemplate was probably sufficient.

I'll put that back to the previous state, although I'll probably keep
the position of the definition of the MSVC generation in the file
'mk/msvcgen/Jamfile' instead of in Jamfile.in.
