New CSEditing library available

Hi all,

the new CSEditing library should now be up and running.

The code is available at:
svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/crystal/code/CSEditing/trunk

I've set up a jobber script for it, so the daily messages from
crystal-manage on the Crystal-cvs mailing list should now contain two
more messages about CSEditing.

I've also updated some of the pages of the website in order to mention
CSEditing: 'Documentation (part 'Development Version')',
'Download_trunk', and 'Subversion'.

I intend to wait a bit in order to get some feedback before setting up a
wider announce on the 'crystal-main' and 'crystal-announce' mailing
lists.

Side note: as you may have noted in r39239, I modified the path were the
daily snapshots were put on the website. The previous path was a priori
not correct and the snapshots were publicly not updated since December
18 2012.
