Also, for the Linux/Unix/OSX case, as with the Visual Studio
quick-start , you can just augment the FOO.CFLAGS, FOO.LFLAGS,
FOO.LIBS variables in your new module's local Jamfile if you don't
want to waste your GSoC time dealing with configure.ac modifications.
