Moving stuff back to SF

Since we can't seem to find someone who has time to help us manage the CS
site and related we will be moving back some of our services to
SourceForge. The reason is that we can't handle the spam anymore that
occurs on our blogs, forums, wiki and bug trackers. SF has solutions for
most of these so we're going to move back to those.
