Could you try adding the following to the end of  
G2DTestSystemDriver::StateFrame:
myG3D->FinishDraw();

It seems that g2dtest only starts the drawing but never signals  
iGraphics3D that it's done which can cause some issues and mess up the  
page swapping, etc.
