Crystal Space Forums moved to SF

Due to massive spam problems on the CS forums I decided to (at least
temporarily, or perhaps permanently) move back to SourceForge for our
forums. I also created a Google Summer of Code forum there. So if you
prefer a forum instead of these mailing lists then feel free to go there:
