Errors

I followed the instructions from 
http://www.crystalspace3d.org/docs/online/manual/cs_2.4.3.1.php#2.4.3.1 from 
beginning to end and download everything from the links provided on these 
web pages and when I execute the code I am prompted with these errors:

E:\3dEngine\CS\CS\CS\apps\import\3ds2lev\3ds2lev.cpp(26) : fatal error 
C1083: Cannot open include file: 'lib3ds/camera.h': No such file or 
directory
levelwriter.cpp
E:\3dEngine\CS\CS\CS\apps\import\3ds2lev\levelwriter.cpp(20) : fatal error 
C1083: Cannot open include file: 'lib3ds/camera.h': No such file or 
directory
Generating Code...
Error executing cl.exe.

grpall_typical.lib - 2 error(s), 0 warning(s)


How can I get around this?
