Hi, I built a version of the cs-winlibs for x64 platform. You should consider these totally experimental. I cross-compiled them, but since I do not run a 64-bit Windows I could not test them at all! (This is where you come in.) One important caveat: you can't currently install the 32-bit and 64-bit version of the libs into the same source tree (ie VC support and Copy DLLs are affected), as there are a couple of overlapping filenames. I will try to mitigate that in the future, but for now, you have to either switch out libs if you switch the target architecture or just have two source trees.
