About Myself:
You gave a small overview of what you did + what your experiences are so
far, good. Focusing on C++/OpenGL and mentioning the scripting languages
only in passing is tactically clever, too ;)
Mostly a nit, but: check capitalization. E.g. it's C++, not c++, Python,
not python ... content-wise that's no difference, but it's kind of a
"good impression" thing (correct capitalization would go really well
together with your English skills ;)

Implementation details:
This currently focuses on the algorithm itself. Giving a short overview
is good since it shows you actually looked at what you want to implement ;)
However, ideally you would also give some CrystalSpace-related details -
like, "adding this to subsystem that".
I know that, the more detailed you try to be, the closer you get to
actually implement everything... of course that should happen only later
;) However, I believe if you try to get slightly under the surface of
CS, you can get a better idea of what needs to be done, give better
estimates and improve your image of proficiency - all at the same time!

Timeline:
Could you give dates? It's mostly b/c I'm to lazy to do the math and
compute early June + X weeks and such ;p
Naming some CS-specific "implementation details" would also be nice -
that can make it easier to judge how well the estimations fit.

Generally:
You estimate you'll be quicker than your proposed timeline, other GSoC
mentors say - backed by experience with other students as well as
probably personal experience - that you'll most likely be slower. Who is
right? We don't know yet. But try to have a contingency plan for the
case you lag behind on your original plan. Choose what features/results
you want to prioritize. For example, a special demo seems rather
unimportant as SSAO should work just dropped into any CS app.
