Uh, the root of the problem is that your graphics hardware is _very_ old and doesn't support fragment programs... Unfortunately, the default CS shaders don't currently work well without FP support. However, I fixed up things to an extent that you should be able to actually see lightmaps applied. You well need to merge the lastest CS trunk.
