Hi,

Just wanted to keep you posted about what I've done regarding the
website proposal. With a great deal of time going into studying-related
occupations, the progress isn't that terribly amazing, but I at least
wanted to let you know that I'm still working on it.

Anyway, I have mostly tweaked the Drupal style templates for the forum.
It is now in a state where it is basically usable and reasonably
integrated into the design of the rest of the page. Screen shots are
attached. I haven't tried the SMF => phpBB => Drupal data import yet,
though; I guess I should do that next.

After that, I plan to do the following:

1. Make a Trac theme that resembles the one of the proposed main page.

2. Set up a MediaWiki which is thought to exist next to the main page
and hold documentation such as tutorials, how-tos etc. (The idea is
something like the Ogre Forums.)

The last (and, naturally, most time-intensive) task left after that
would be content migration. But as long as there is no consent to
actually use my proposal yet, this is mostly pointless to do now.

One question to the current web admin(s): I would love to show my
progress live, maybe on some sub-URL of the crytalspace site such as
http://crystalspace3d.org/test, would this be possible? I know I'm
asking for quite much for someone who hasn't contributed to CrystalSpace
before in any way, but you can be sure that I will continously work on
that page and get it finished, and that I would love to (co-)administer
it when it is finished. I will also be happy continuing local
development, though.

Regards,
Denis Washington
