[CsMain] [Website Proposal] Uploaded for testing

Hi,

I have created a webspace account at HelioHost (a free hosting provider; 
expect sluggishness and occasional downtimes) and uploaded my 
CrystalSpace website proposal at its current state. Currently, this is 
only the main Drupal page which I already showed screenshots of and 
which hasn't changed much since then. I'll upload a MediaWiki instance 
with a matching theme soon; unfortunately, I cannot host a Trac instance 
to show the theme I posted about here earlier, as HelioHost has no 
support for Python.

 From now on, I will work on the online version directly, so see it as a 
live view of my progress.

I created an authenticated user "foo" with the same password, so if you 
like to use that to play around with the integrated forums a bit, feel 
free to do so. Jorrit, Eric and res will also receive the usernames and 
passwords of the administrative and FTP accounts in a separate mail so 
that they can take a look at the work (sorry if I have forgotten any 
other core developer; please ask these three to forward).

I hope this helps to polish the work and iron out issues (of which there 
are probably many currently!).
