[CsMain] New cs-winlibs (1.9_007)

Hi,
it took a bit longer than I hoped myself, but here is a new winlibs
package. Changes include:
 - Updated libpng to 1.4.4.
 - Updated libjpeg to 8b.
 - Updated freetype to 2.4.3.
 - Updated pcre to 8.10.
 - Updated cegui to 0.7.4.
 - Updated bullet to 2.77.
 - Included x86 and x64 builds of OpenAL Soft 1.12.854.
 - Build libraries for MinGW gcc 4.5 as well.
 - Changed mingw64 gcc version to 4.5.1.
 - Main/support installers now signed.

Also, the mingw64 support has been improved further.
If you want to give it a try, I recommend you use the package
“mingw-w64-1.0-bin_i686-mingw_20100913” containing gcc 4.5 (this is the
package I used to build the mingw64 versions of the libs).
(Older ”1.0” packages may contain an older gcc version; unversioned
packages contained, last time I checked, an unstable gcc 4.6).
