 Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 179.070, Nevada criminal history
 records are defined as:

 Report of criminal record means information found in documents collected
 and maintained by businesses of criminal justice, the subject of which is

 other formal criminal charge and tendencies of charges, including
