 I tested it with walktest and it happens in the following condition:

 1) walktest_static.exe databin/terr_common.zip databin/ojakorogan.zip
 databin/ojaroad2.zip
 2) you stand in front of the portal which leads to the ojaroad2 area and
 you look straight into the portal. (if you look down it doesn't happen)

 It does NOT happen if you load only databin/terr_common.zip and
 databin/ojaroad2.zip as in this case there is no portal to look through.
 At least for me in this situation it works well.
