Finish writting the Dr. Geo plug-in for TeXmacs.

The plug-in should allow to do from TeXmacs:

- fire up DrGeo to edit a new figure, when quiting DrGeo the
figure is embedded in TeXmacs (the visual part will be .eps
and the hidden part will the .xml definition of a DrGeo figure)

- edit an already embedded figure, basicly double clicking
on the figure, DrGeo will be opened with the embedded
figure, then the user can modify and quite DrGeo
