dang! i'm baffled.

the easiest fix might be just uninstall java.. download the latest version,
and reinstall.

could also be just a question of starting up web start and deleting the
application so it starts fresh. it's impossible for me to know what's going
wrong when this happens for one person and not another.

or this is a bit far-fetched, but it might work:

download :
http://fluidiom.sourceforge.net/fluidiom.jar
http://fluidiom.sourceforge.net/vecmath.jar

somehow install JOGL into your JVM. the stuff should be here:
https://games-binaries.dev.java.net/build/

then run the command:
java -cp fluidiom.jar;vecmath.jar nl.beautifulcode.fluidiom.Main

if it starts up, raise your fist and scream "yess!", and then download these
files:

http://fluidiom.sourceforge.net/fabrics/realrunner.fabric
all-fours.fabric
barrel.fabric
crowcrow.fabric
pentapus-1.fabric
puppy.fabric
ring.fabric
tetrahelix.fabric
ant.fabric
bigfoot.fabric
dibble.fabric
pentapus-2.fabric
spider.fabric

open one of them in the application.

i really hope something works. i hate these silly obstacles.
