the _cube_?  what do you want with a cube.  that's got to be the most 
hackneyed shape of all, and it's not even stable!  make it out of intervals 
and joints and it flops down flacid on the table.  boo...ring.  :)

to get the floor to show up you just set the gravityOn attribute of the 
physics to true.

those are to mark where _you_ the viewer are.  you are effectively holding on 
to the the interval between the balls (don't misinterpret), and that interval 
is oriented vertically to determine your axis of rotation around the fabric, 
and kept central to your view.
