Thank you for your pointed out.
I have confirmed the above error on the gnuplot-4.4.0 on windows

set term jpeg
set out 'sin.jpg'
plot sin(x)
set out

********
gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error: JPEG parameter struct mismatch: library thinks size
is 424, caller expects 408.

Honestly speaking, I have never used jpeg terminal so that I have not known the error.

On the gnuplot-4.4.0 for windows bundled with the octave-3.2.4/mingw32, the error does not occur.
I could open it by the web browser.

I have confirmed that gnuplot 4.4.0 and 4.5 (cvs) on the cygwin successfully create jpeg files.

Perhaps my creation the gd-library is not correct.
I will see the origin in the detail but I have been taken a lot of time for my job, perhaps it takes a
time to correct it.
