Hello

You wrote exe file.  So that I guess you are using windows.
Gnuplot does not have automated installer.
Therefore you have to install manually.

Please open 'Readme.Window' by a text editor or a notepad. 
(Execute the notepad and drop Readme.Window to the notpad window.)
Read the instruction in the file.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask again.
