gnuplot 5.4 for Windows

Hi,

for the current stable version 5.41, there is a message on 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuplot/files/gnuplot/5.4.1/
"Binary packages for Windows to appear here eventually."

i tried the 5.4 windows testing version of gnuplot 5.4 
(gp540-win64-mingw.exe, 2020-09-19, 34.7 MB) from 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuplot/files/gnuplot/testing/
on an older computer with windows10 and it works well. Particularly, the 
spider plots are a nice feature of 5.4.

Is this version the best, I can use on windows?
