Gnuplot 5.4.6 release tarball available for testing

I have placed a pre-release tarball of 5.4.6 on the testing area of SourceForge

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuplot/files/gnuplot/testing/gnuplot-5.4.6testing.tar.gz

If no problems are reported, I plan to use this for release
of version 5.4.6 next weekend.
