any help on french documentation?

most of the links of the french section of "Tutorials and guides"

    http://www.gnuplot.info/help.html

are now dead.

I gave a look to the wayback machine and some of them where really
good. If I revamp those contents to create a new french guide, would it
be possible to push it on gnuplot.info ?
