Uh, yeah, when I let Picasa2 loose on my system, it scanned my "My Pictures"
folder and stuck a PICASA.INI file in every single subdirectory (all 1,621
of them)... This is before I even remotely considered touching any images
with it.

My system runs Win2K SP4, though, so maybe it works differently on WinXP?
