I make my own script to export filename, description (or other 
IPTC fields or DB Attributes) to text XML file. 

This file is in format readable by ACDSee 7 (Import feature).

I suscesfully imported about 10000 images with category etc. 
into acdsee7, problem is with filenames that contain some 
special characters. I found for example character &(ampersand) 
which must be writen as &amp;

I'm not programmer and I need this conversion make as fast as 
possible, so I not fully tested this script and some variables are 
in this script hardcoded :(
