Thank you Richard for your reply.

I tried out both of your methods, but I'm not very happy about them. 
The second "Export to text format" is no way for me, it brings an 
unusable text file. The first method "Export category definitions" 
is better, I can use it with some handwork, but it's not very 
comfortable to make a directory sheet in MS Word.

Is there no script to produce such a directory sheet similar to 
the "Photo Gallery creator"? Who can help?
