I've got all posts (so it seems until now, have just configured it) of the
new forum in my mailbox!

Use the NewsGator RSS feed reader. It is not free but it integrates into
Outlook fantasticaly. I now have posts from IMatch new forum, news from
DPReview, CNN news, etc on my Outlook! 

There are others RSS readers, some free and most standalone.

Go and take some shots!
